Terms of Use
The basis for using AISA’s website, educational material and external references.
Policy version: 8 November 2026. This website is operated by AISA DIGITAL in Malaysia. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and with regard for the rights of others.
Purpose of the website
The website introduces AISA — AI Smart Assistant — and shares educational material about search, publishing, AI assistants and measurement. Capability descriptions explain areas of work. They do not constitute a quotation, binding offer, product availability commitment or professional advice.
Accuracy and limitations
We aim to provide useful and accurate information. Technology, search systems and industry terminology change, and content may not reflect every development or your specific circumstances. Consider the publication date and linked primary sources. You should independently assess information before relying on it for a significant decision.
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads, commercial results, uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of external material. Nothing on the website replaces an appropriate professional assessment where one is needed.
Content and attribution
Unless otherwise identified, website content and AISA brand material are provided for reading and reference. Link to our pages when citing them. Short attributed quotations may be used to the extent permitted by applicable law; copying substantial content, republishing it or using the AISA identity to imply endorsement requires permission.
Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. A reference or link does not establish a partnership or endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to compromise the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious content or interfere with other visitors’ access. Automated access should respect published technical controls and applicable law.
Enquiries and separate agreements
An email conversation does not by itself establish a partnership, confidentiality agreement or commercial engagement. Scope, responsibilities, fees, data handling and any deliverables require a separate agreement where relevant. Please avoid sending confidential information before arrangements are confirmed.
External links and responsibility
External websites have their own terms and may change independently. You are responsible for assessing whether their information or services meet your needs. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website evolves. The version date records the current text. For permission requests, corrections or questions, email AISA.
